Wild Things

This gorgeous fox spent the spring raising her young cubs in our back garden, living under our decking.  Despite being wary of each other at the start, she got used to me and my camera and my scaredy cats got used to her and her cubs.  I do miss them, hopefully the cubs will return with young of their own.

It's not often that I enter a competition and rarer that I ever win but I was both surprised and delighted get 1st place in Brent's wildlife photographer with this photo of the Mum.
