CANCELLATION AND MISSED CLASS POLICY
 

If you need to cancel your place on a course, please give at least 7 days’ notice before the start date for a full refund less 15% admin charge*.

If you need to cancel your place on an individual workshop, please give me at least 3 days notice, before the start date, for a refund less 15%* admin charge.​

NO-SHOWS AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

 

Unfortunately, cancellations made with less  notice are non-refundable, as it's often too late to fill the spot.   However, if someone fills your space I will refund you.

 

Classes take time to prepare and are not viable when numbers are lower, so I really appreciate as much notice as possible.

*Admin Charge - this is to cover unrecoverable costs such as card payment charges and booking fees

Example admin charges:
6 week course admin charge  for a £125 course is 15% (£18.75)

Standalone workshop admin charge for a £25 class is 15% (£3.75)

The terms and conditions below cover the sale of products bought on this website. By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards and PayPal. 

 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items are printed to order and dispatched within 1-5 days.  Most orders are delivered within a week but please allow up to 14 days.

 

 

What packaging do you use?

All originals and prints up to size A4 are delivered flat packed securely inside a high quality board envelope.  Larger prints are packed in a roll tube.

How much does delivery cost?

£4.50 per order within the UK.  

​

International orders are welcome and start from £7.50 depending on product purchased and destination.

Can I return an item?

Yes, I am happy to refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase.  A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 days of return.

My item hasn’t arrived

Please allow 28 working days after  your dispatch confirmation in case of postal delays during busy periods. After this time please get in touch, including your order number in your message.

My item has arrived faulty or damaged, what can I do?

Please email me attaching a photograph of the damaged item within three days of the item being delivered.  I will offer a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.

Does this print come framed?

No, it is unframed and unmounted.   Print sizes: medium (8 x 6") and A4 (11'7 x 8'3").   Prints are sized to fit standard frame sizes from most major retailers.

Once placing an order online you will immediately receive an order confirmation to the email address provided outlining the estimate delivery time and full order details.

 

We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse an order or delivery to any individual or company for any reason.

 

We reserve the right to make changes to our products or discontinue items at any time without notice.
