Cancelling a multiple week course booking

If you need to cancel your place on a course, please give at least 7 days’ notice before the start date for a full refund less £20 admin charge*.

Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than a week’s notice are non-refundable, as it's often too late to fill the spot.
 

Missing a Class During a Course or individual workshop 

If you're going to miss a session during a multi-week course (due to holidays, commitments etc.), please let me know at least 3 days in advance. I’ll do my best to offer your place to someone else. Whether it fills or not, I’ll still issue you a voucher you can use for a future one-off class or workshop.

With less than 3 days notice, I can only offer you a voucher if someone else fills your spot.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations

If you miss a session without 3 days notice, I’m unable to offer a refund or credit — classes take time to prepare and spaces are limited, so I really appreciate as much notice as possible.
