Cancellation Policy
To cancel for a full refund (less £2 admin charge for unrecoverable costs), please let me know at least 3 days in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations If you miss a session without 3 days notice, I’m unable to automatically offer a refund or credit — However, I will do my best to offer your spot out to the wider group. If someone takes it then I can refund you (less admin) or issue a voucher for the full amount.. But I just want to be honest that with short notice, it’s a bit of a long shot.
