Watercolour Daisy Painting – Negative Painting Workshop 🌸 Saturday 4th October | 2pm–4pm | Harrow Arts Centre, Hatch End 🌿 Join me for a gentle, creative morning exploring the beautiful technique of negative painting in watercolour—perfect for beginners and curious creatives alike. In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll be painting soft, expressive Oxeye Daisies against a richly layered background, learning how to suggest shapes by painting around them. It’s a wonderful, meditative process that helps you slow down and see your painting in a whole new way. ✨ You’ll learn how to: – Use the negative space technique to reveal petal and leaf shapes – Build up depth with translucent layers – Work confidently with water, flow and expressive brushwork – Let go of perfection and enjoy the process All materials are provided—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play with paint. You'll leave with your own floral artwork and a new technique to explore further at home. No drawing skills required, I provide all sketches Adults £25 | 14–21 year olds £20 Held in the Gainsborough Room (1st Floor, Art Block). Lift available. Free parking on site, plus 4-hour free overflow at Morrisons next door.
