I’ve been listening to Tara Brach and her mindfulness teachings and meditations as I find them uplifting - they’ve inspired this work “Be yourself”. She quoted zen master Dogen, “To be in harmony with the oneness of life is to be without anxiety about imperfection” and this truly resonated with me.
