To help us create clear, consistent wall labels for the exhibition, I’ve put together a quick form for your Artist Card information.

These A6 cards will sit beside your artworks, so the details you share here will help visitors understand who you are, what you do, and how they can connect with you.
 

What you’ll be asked for:
 

• Your full name

• Discipline

• A short artist statement ( 40 words or under)

• Your website, email and  social media handle
   

Keep it simple, warm, and true to you — visitors only need a snapshot!
