How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items are printed to order and dispatched within 1-5 days.  Most orders are delivered within a week but please allow up to 14 days.

What packaging do you use?

I don't cut corners where packaging is concerned.  The safe arrival of your new art work comes first. Originals and prints are delivered flat packed securely inside a high quality board envelope.  Larger prints are delivered in a roll tube.

What payment methods are accepted?

 

All major credit cards and PayPal.

 

How much does delivery cost?
 

Standard UK print shipping is FREE by Signed for Royal Mail Delivery for unmounted prints and originals and from  £9.99 for framed prints.

International shipping from £8.00 depending on country and whether framed or unframed.

All orders are tracked.

My item hasn’t arrived

 

Please allow 28 working days after  your dispatch confirmation in case of postal delays during busy periods. After this time please get in touch, including your order number in your message.

My item has arrived faulty or damaged, what can I do?

 

Please email me attaching a photograph of the damaged item within three days of the item being deliverd.  I will offer a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.

Can I return an item?

Yes, I am happy to refund any print item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase.  A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 days of return.  Please note  as our frames are made to order, framed artwork is non-returnable.

 

Does this print come framed?

No, it is unframed and unmounted.    This print includes an additional  border all the way around for placing the image within a mount and frame neatly. Print sizes: medium (8 x 6") and A4 (11'7 x 8'3").   Prints are sized to fit standard frame sizes from all the major retailers.
